How do I place an order?

We recommend that you fill out a Quote Form prior to placing your order. The form can be found here: https://www.gopurplemonkey.com/quote/categories

Once you have received your quote from our sales department, complete the following steps:

  1. Send your complete order info to hello@gopurplemonkey.com. This includes the following:
  • Company Name / Customer Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Shipping Address (If Applicable)
  • Design Name
  • Number of Ink Colors
  • Design Image
  • Quantity Per Design
  • Garment Style
  • Garment Color(s)
  • Size Breakdown
  1. Send your final, high-resolution artwork to art@gopurplemonkey.com. Once received, we will review the file to make sure that it is print-ready. For more information about submitting your artwork, please feel free to contact our design department at art@gopurplemonkey.com.

What are your business hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM, Central Time.

Can I get a pricing chart, please?

Of course! You can request one by sending an email to hello@gopurplemonkey.com.

Can I come by your shop to speak with the sales department or the graphics department?

Absolutely! We just ask that you set up an appointment so we can make sure we're able to give you our full attention. To schedule an appointment, email hello@gopurplemonkey.com, or give us a call at (504) 427-5747.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is two weeks from the time your order is finalized. We are often able to accommodate rush orders, though there may be an additional charge to do so. During peak times, rush orders may not be possible, but we will always do our best to make sure you receive your order in time for your event.

What file formats do you accept for submitted artwork?

Our preferred file types are .pdf, .ai, or .eps. Vector files are always best if possible. We can also accept .svg, .psd, .jpg, .tif, .bmp, and .png. If you do not have access to any of these files types, please feel free to send us what you've got and we can review it to see what it takes to get it print-ready.

What is your maximum print area?

Our maximum print size for t-shirts is 14.5"x18" for 1- or 2-color designs, and 14.5"x16.5 for multicolor designs. Please note that the maximum print size may also depend on the size of the garment. If you have a project in mind, please let us know and we'll be glad to see if we can print it.

Do you print with discharge or water based inks?

We offer both water based inks and discharge printing at an additional charge. Please check out our Services Page for details on specialty inks. Feel free to contact us for more info!

What inks are considered "specialty inks"?

Specialty inks include metallic, glitter, glow-in-the-dark, reflective, discharge, and water based. There is an additional charge for use of these inks.
